Based in Wolverhampton, central to the heart of the UK, Scan File is the culmination of over 25 years experience in the industry. Our Managing Director spent 10 years overseeing the production growth at AMI - The Advance Group before their take-over in 2004. The companies' roots lie in the many processes used by Local and National Industries, Financial institutions and Government organisations.

Collection & Delivery

Only Scan File owned vehicles are used for each collection completed on behalf of our customers. We are able to provide a packing and listing service where required. We also ensure the return of your original files/folders and boxes when requested.

Destruction

Post scanning Scan File offer their customer base a number of options relating to the original records. Most clients opt for confidential destruction via shredding, bleaching and recycling – any payment received by Scan File for recycled material is re invested into the planting of trees to ensure a future for us all. We also offer deep storage on a short or long term basis or of course you may wish the original data to be returned.
