All scanners are equipped with latest production tools, which include auto crop, resizing to best fit, double feed detect, and auto de skew.

Our process capabilities mean we can convert all sizes and shapes of paper records from till receipts to elephant size drawings and everything in between.

All records are prepared prior to scanning and a 100% screen check is carried out on all images during scanning.

Images are returned to our clients on CD/DVD or via FTP link.

“Alchemy search” is the free retrieval software we offer our clients; however we can return the images in any specific format, for you to upload directly into your chosen document management software suite.
